At first when i moved in the place looked decent, nothing fancy but wasnt expecting anything nice for the cheap rent. Noisy neighbors, screaming kids even at 1am during the school year. Brand new motorcycle stolen out in front of my neighbors apartment during broad daylight. Lived there for a year and a half and had countless maintenance problems. Our bathroom ceiling collapsed, the upstairs neighbors bathroom caught on fire due to wiring problems, a/c broke and took 2 weeks to fix, renewing the lease costs us almost another $100. Police use to roam the areas but havent seen them in months. Get out if you live there, if you dont, dont consider this place.
