I signed a lease here thinking everything would be OK. When move in day finally came, I opened the door and there were roaches crawling everywhere. The place was infested with roaches. If you open the kitchen cabinet, roaches would jump out. They were even in the fridge and dishwasher. Pat said it was her fault, they should have given me a different move in date so they would have time to exterminate the unit. Why would I want to live in an apt that was formerly infested with roaches' How could the management let the roach problem in that unit get so out of control''' Also, I signed up for a unit with a washer/dryer hookup. After moving all my stuff to the 2nd floor, we find out there is NOT a hookup in the unit. So they lied to me and I had to pay the movers extra to move my stuff onto the 2nd floor, I only chose the 2nd floor apt b/c they SAID it would have a washer/dryer hookup. So they let me stay in another unit until I found another apt complex, but they would NOT refund my movers bill. Basically I payed to move in there, and a week later had to pay to move out. The management is unorganized and selfish with no concern of the clients. The grounds are dirty and unsafe, there are children smoking weed by the pool and management does nothing about it. Neighbors are loud and rude. The units are infested with roaches and again nothing is done to maintain it. This place is a hell hole and I would not recommend this to ----- himself.
