Went over to 417 fountainhead and found it pretty good and expect it to get better once renovations are finished. Management told me that the new developers are spending $300,000 on landscaping alone. Prices for buying a condo there is CHEAP and I'm considering buying one. Color scheme of the complex is a little wacky, but overall I found them better or equal to most of the condos in the area. Don't let the other neg. comments here turn you off until you see for yourself. New developers took over the place and are making a lot of changes. Buy now cheap, hold until all renovations & conversions are done and you will make a profit when you sell.
