Place overall is good, now sold to condo's to another property but there is a little problem, if you want your satellite tv they don't allow it in the property now (not even if you buy the apartments) , and don't bother to install one because they throw it away, and instead of help (management) the brilliant idea it's get the cable company (ADELPHIA)that they allow in the property that only offers 53 channels (ridiculous), no PPV, no premium channels , no nothing, zero, nada, and no plan to improve any time soon(same service in the last 5 years) so if you are one of the 5% of the population that does not want to know what it's going on in the world, please move in, but if you are like the rest of us that like good tv (movies, boxing, premium channels) please avoid this place like the plague and make yourself a big favor.
and don't bother to stop in the office manager PAULA is very rude, arrogant and unprofesional, the secretary is very helpful so is maintenance crew.

3 premiun channels is not what im used to, plus no ppv, plus no digital on top of that, plus $49.99 per month very expensive for that basic service,(very basic) if you are happy with just 3 premium channels( if you could call that premium) that's you, no comparisons with direct tv service that offers you tons of hbo, tons of showtime and tons of cinemax.(it adjust to your needs) that's what im used to. if you want a ppv event (boxing, wrestling, or other) you better go to somewhere else because you will not get it in fountainhead. i truly reccomende d to you next time do a little research (again this service is not even digital).

HBo, Cinemax and Showtime are PREMIUM channels! Go to www.adelphia.com and read under the section that says "Premium Channels" Your initial message says in your words "no premium channels , no nothing, zero, nada" They might not have the abundance of channels that Direct TV has (no one does!!!) but your statement above is inaccurate!!! Also, if you want boxing tune into "HBO's Boxing after Dark" a premium channel you can get at Fountainhead.
