This is the second time now I have posted something to this extent.

Property Management is is the worst I have ever seen in 10 years of renting. Paula Warren the property manager is nothing short of a beeyatch. Very RUDE, non-professional and down right mean. She never seems to care about any maintenece request the the tennants have. I have been waiting for over 6 months on some issues. She seems to want to be in other peoples buisness rather than tending to the property.

Recently, property management stole many residents directv and dish network dishes and claims they do not have them. I have proof otherwise. Some residents even filed a police report with Kissimmee Police Department with these acusations.

Someone needs to do something to stop the wicked beeyatch of the west. This property seems to be ran the same as their one up in Pine Hills. Complain to this number directly. Send Emails. Complain to the attorney general if need be.

Speaking of feeling safe. Property Manager Warren stated that this is the safest community in town but on Halloween there was a shooting at the complex drug related.

They have even denied rent paying members of this community access to tennis courts due to them hating on children whom want to be kids.

Overall, a jail cell would serve as a better home than this place. Do not live here and do not buy these so called bs condos called bella vista!
