You pay for what you get ....It's a new complex with a lot of unfinish details and management dont care! LILLIAN ORTIZ (Property Manager)is highly unprofessional,arrogant and rude.(She will get reported)Your rent will change every six months.Maintenance will be in your business and pound on your door when they need to.It is a noisy complex but otherwise I've havent had any problems with neighbors.Oh and thiers dog CRAP all over the grass areas no one cleans the dog POOP!
