Well i was suppose to move from a one bedroom to two bedroom. They gave me one that was infested with roaches. I requested to be moved to a diffrent one and they refused. They expected me to live in the apartment with my six month old son. Lillian Ortis is rude and could care less. Once I spoke to the head quarts and reported it. All of a sudden Lillian could give my deposite back. She said something else would be available at the end of August. When i called a week later to make sure it was still available. She then changed it to Oct. A year ago when i moved in things were better and at that time Lillian was not incharge of leasing. She needs to be replaced.
