Ok so I've been reading all this crap people got to say about Grande Ct. I lived there for 2 years and to be completely honest, it was one of the best experiences I had me and my husband moved there when we first moved out together. Never had an issue and yea there was rumors about stabbings and crap but no one ever bothered us, we made long lasting friends and as long as you mind your own business your good. Yea the rate goes up but realize that since its government owned they need to keep the place up one way or another.The service was great we went in april to get an apartment and in may we moved in, everytime we had a problem with something in the apartment they came and fixed it. I think that all yall who want to talk about it's ghetto, roach infested, etc.. Remember your moving there! Stop hating on a place you decided to move to, for it to be a GOVERNMENT OWNED complex its nice compared to other really ghetto infested places. HATERZ

WELL I REALLY DO THINK YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOU GET YOURSELF INTO WHEN YOU FIRST MOVE IN, ITS AFTER THAT YOU FIND OUT THAT, THAT THE PLACE IS A ---- HOLE. AND NO WERE NOT HATERZ WE JUST WANT BETTER SERVICE AND A BETTER COMMUNITY. AND YES THESE ARE ROACH INFESTED BECAUSE THERE POORLY MAINTAINED BY THERE MAITNENCE DEPARTMENT AND PEST CONTROL IS NOT DONE ON A REGULAR BASIS. SO I DO THINK YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOUR SPEAKING ABOUT.
