I have been living in these apartments for now going to two years, and the first year i did have roaches and i had them do pest control and i also purchased things on my own to take care of the problem, but the big issue is that if the other residents dont do the same in there home the porblem wont get fixed. I was told by the front office that if the other residents dont request pest control done in there home, they can not go in, cause there is too many apartments to do. My concern was that i was having roaches that were out of control, i had to have a company that i had to pay out of my pocket and do pest control, which after 7 months i got the roaches under control. Now when it comes to the people in the office, they are totally not professional and really dont care about any problems you are having. Now going on to my second year and now i have fleas. The person that lives across from me has her apartment infested with fleas. So i have been calling the office for about now going on to three weeks, so that they can do pest control, first they couldnt do it because i had furniture and a rug in the living area that had to be moved. Well first no one explained to me that i needed to move anything, and to top it off, no one from the office called me to let me know that they never did pest control. I found out the next day when i called the office to schedule for the following week to have my pest control done, cause if you dont call they wont do it.let I live in the apartment with my 4 year old and we have been bit more than twenty times. Im to the point of breaking my lease and i really dont care what they will do to my credit. im tired of these fleas. Well to end this story, today they called me and told me that because i have been purchasing my own foggers and things to get ride of these fleas. They couldnt do pest control.......i was like what, i now have to wait more time until they can come again and do pest control.And the lady that lives in front of me cant have pest control done until, she request it, and seriously if they dont do it in her apartment i will continue to have fleas. And about lillian Ortiz, yes she is rude and not professional and doesnt give a damn of her residents, they really should take her out of that property cause she cant handle it. Do your self a favor and dont move here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THE ONLY REASON WHY IM STILL HERE IS BECAUSE I HAVENT FOUND ANOTHER APARTMENT, BUT I WILL MOVE OUT SHORTLY, AND FOR THE PERSON WHO WROTE THAT COMMENT THAT GRANDE COURT IS A GREAT PLACE IT MUST BE A EMPLOYEE FROM THE PROPERTY THAT LIVES THERE.......
