Hello, So far I have lived in Grande Couts Apts since March 2008 I have had little or no issues with the Management or Property itself since I have lived here. I live on a first floor apt and the amenties are very close the pool is a majority of the time always clean, maintence has fixed any and all little problems I have had (ac rattle and a broken screen), the lawn is taken care of and their is a cute volleyball area and nice park area as well. Karen (a leasing agent) is always helpful and cordial. Linda (recert agent) is also pleasant. Lillian takes care of the complaints I had had quickly. No issues with management so far. Cross my fingers as I write this :) I generally feel safe and comfortable in this apartment. The size of the apartments are nice and in good working order. I am content with my home and location. You can reserve the park bench or pool area thru the office which is a nice touch. There are several families in the area and everyone seems to get along well. There is a nice variety ethnicities. I have not had any pest control situation very clean when moved in NO roaches or fleas as one said. :)

I have a few concerns or heads up situations for you; the work-out facility offered to residents is only open when the office is open (9-6 M thru F), most people work and can not use it. I have proposed a refundable deposit for a key or sign in but they have said no.

Also, when at the pool there is often ... well Almost always unsupervised minors with R-rated music blarring which is not good for the younger children to hear and no one says a thing about it. Where are the parents''' I know that this is not the Apts responsibility its the parents but its uncomfortable at times.

You can not rent the club house and the office area offered does not have internet or printers.
