I've lived here for 2 yrs and I am ready to move out. It was nice at first, decent people and the tstaff is friendly and great with the work orders. Plenty of kids in the area and a school & bus stop near by. They cut the grass often and will let you know if you or your building is not cooperating with the rules. I did have a problem with my a/c unit and they came to fix it about 6 times! They finally changed my thermometer to make it work correctly. However some real ghetto people are moving in and our car was stolen. They need to clean up (evict) like they did 3 yrs ago. The rent increased by about $15 in two yrs. The first year they bothered me about my dogs for the fee, this yr i got away without a fee. There is plenty of parking but if you are not home early you have to park at the back. There is an occasional armadillo or racoon around the apartments since it is surrounded by trees and plenty of cats in the garbage dump area. Dont move here if you are afraid of frogs, they will be your new outside friends. I would not move, had it not been, again for the hoodlums, i thought i was back in NY.
