Okay my experience is the place is very quiet. I have never heard loud music or tv's through the walls. The place is elevated which sucks. The place smells like rotten wood. The management is nice until you move in. Forget maintenance, it's non-existant here. The grounds might be nice if they were looked after. There are a lot of cops and emergency vehicles here about once a week. People aren't so friendly. Hell the only thing good about the place is it's quiet cause for the money it's really not worth it. Much nicer places for the same price or even less.
