This is a good, safe place for the money. It is suprisingly quiet. The people who live here are friendly.

This place is tucked away. It's wedged between some motels and the little airport and some warehouses. There are no other complexes right next to it - it's tucked away by itself kind of - so there aren't masses of people cutting through from other complexes or whatever - you don't see people hanging in the parking lot.

The management is super-friendly.

The place is not brand new. But if you prefer safe, cheap and quiet place, this is a good one.

The sex offender thing sucks - yeah - but really, you face that problem anywhere you go - the proximity to offenders. But if you've seen the news stories lately, it's suprising how close they live to you anyway, no matter where you live.

There's a little airport nearby, as mentioned. Small planes fly over frequently, but you get used to it.
