Cons
Noisy neighbors
Roadways in apartments starting to fall apart
People walk their pets and do not clean up
Management is ungood (friendly, but that's it)
Airport noise (doesn't bother me, but most people will find it annoying)

I have seen residents have fist fights across from my apartment (I called the police on this one, who took forever to respond...Kissimmee PD is pretty useless as a police force)
I have seen people light fireworks from their balconies, especially by the "lake"
Pathways to upstairs apartments overgrown with brush (landscaping tends to ignore this for the most part, but have been improving on it recently)
My roommate had the tires stolen off of her car (there was a rash of this type of incidents, but seems to have tapered off)
Security...there is none

Overall, I would look someplace else.
