Living here 4 years in a one bedroom apt (single). Never had a problem with security, neighbors, maintanence, or rent personel. This is a very clean and quiet place to live. There are some pets, so watch out if you're walking through the grass. Two gripes though: 1)The fitness room gets locked up at night (so no morning workout before work). 2)Parking in front of my building has a fire lane AND a handicapped spot (together they take up 4 regular spots) so I often have to park in the boonies or sometimes, (when there are no spots ANYWHERE) in the handicapped space.
