We moved in here about a month ago and so far things haven't been that bad. We did have a pipe burst under our kitchen sink the first day we moved in but maintenance was out within minutes to fix it. We also had problems getting the phone jacks to work which took maintenance a couple of days to fix. That was a little annoying. For just going through a major hurricane season the property looks nice and they have made repairs very quickly. Overall I would recommend living here, but like I said we have only been here for a month.
