Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
When I got here about a year ago, it was a decent place. After Sept, when the economy went south everyone started moving out. As a result, management is letting ANYONE move in here. Loud music, bottle rockets being shot off of balconys, loud cars, and crime is now all over the place. Every other day you can drive around and see what car had their windows broken or tires stolen from the night before. We have a "Courtesy" Officer...a police officer who gets free rent to patrol the complex on his time off. He doesn't. Management is ineffective and does not care. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
