I've lived here since 1999 and is now 2006. It started well but recently it went downhill and will be looking to move in March when my lease is up. Since I've lived here numerous amounts of cars have been broken into, in fact I caught someone breaking in to one and had to ride around in a cop car till 6am trying to ID the suspect. They require deposits for everything! I wanted a satellite dish installed and they said I needed a $200 deposit. This complex is owned by united dominion and they own another complex 10 mins from here and they dont charge for dishes. My lease is up in March and their uping my rent by $110! Now keep in mind all of my appliances are old and it's a 750 sq ft apt in Ghetto Kissimmee. It's going from $674 to $784 and they said if I want new appliances and blinds it would go to $850!! For what'' Some neighbors are loud and like to play loud music early in the morning and late at night. I've sank over $40,000 in rent here and they can't give me a deal with the rent with all my old appliances! I work late and when I come home I have to park far from my building and it's dark, so if your a woman or have a girlfriend/wife DONT MOVE HERE, it's not safe! I asked managment to fix my sliding doors for the washer and dryer 4 times already, maitnance came all 4 times but it still keeps falling off. I gave up on them and fixed it myself. Maybe back in the day it was ok but not now! Infact I think the better business bureau would like to know this too!
