I am currently a tenant, and I must say that I have issues. For instance, today the pool is green with little black things swimming in it. My 6 year old son found a tampon in the green pool. The dirty pool has been an issue for months now. There is a black ring that goes all around the pool. Don't be fooled by the pretty picture on the website. Looks nothing like that. All the beach chairs have rust, and the pool is always dirty. I had to pull my family out tonight because of it. I turned in a list of problems when I moved in in May, They have not all been fixed yet. My a/c has broken 4 times, and it's always the same thing that goes wrong. So I would definitely think 3 times before you move in here. Oh yeah, watch the rent game too. I pay 800.00 a month for the same apt my neighbor pays 710.00. And there is a person who works here who pays 700 for a 3 bedroom when I pay 800.00 for a 2 bedroom. I was told it was the luck of the draw. Maybe you will be lucky too. As you can see, I am very upset with this place.
