The leasing office is a nightmare. Can't charge correct rent and sends late notices if you paid your rent EARLY!

Manager can't seem to keep a staff and the main office is always closed, the sign on the door always says "will be back in a hour"

The maintenance team is really good though. We had a couple of issues and the maintanence man greated us in the office (not prompted by the leasing staff) and came right over and fixed things the same day.

Tenents leave trash out overnight luring in rodents and raccoons from the neighboring dump. The management should be more agressive to stop this.

Mice are in the fitness room and people actually bath in the hot tub at night. The fitness equiptment needs to be updated and maintained.
The main road Vine St is shady area once the sun goes down. Prostitutes and homeless walk the streets at night. You can see this area has a bad drug and gang problem. We could never walk our dog here at night.

Unfortunately we found these thing out after living here for a couple months. As soon as our lease is over we will move out of Heron Lake and out of Kissimmee.
