Overall I couldn't be happier my apartment is new and remodeled the management staff is very helpful, its incredibly quiet and the parking is ample. They keep the grounds very well manicured and are extremely quick to respond to maintenance requests. I have 3 cars and they allow all of them to be parked conveniently near my dwelling. I needed to extend my stay with with them and they gave me 3 extra months with no additional charges. I have lived in apartments my whole adult life and this one by far has been the most pleasant.

I was thinking the same thing before I even read the reviews I looked at the dates of the comments and thought they seemed fishy. Ive read several reviews on here for several apartments and none have had back to back comments like that. It had to have been the office staff basicly doing damage control against the negative comments. Also who else would come on here and basicly sing the praises of a place like this.

I assure you I'm not management I was there for a year and 3 months in 3221 E. I never had a problem when I was there and especially compared to the apartments I've stayed in before this place was great. The only reason I left was because I bought a house.

IT'S JUST AMAZING IN HOW THEY REMOVED THE ASSISTANT MANAGER WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE OTHER WAY AROUND THE PROPERTY MANAGER SHOULD HAVE BEEN GONE, SHE NEVER THERE AND THE PREVIOUS ASSISTANT , I THINK HER NAME IS GLORIA SHE WAS ALWAYS THERE AND VERY HELPFULL SHE LOOKED SHE WAS VERY OVERWHELM, DOING HER JOB AND HER MANAGER. WELL THAT IS VERY SAD. I JUST CANT WAIT FOR MY LEASE TO END TO LEAVE FROM THIS PLACE.
