Well, the name has changed and the management staff. It's about time. I would have never renewed another lease if they didn't make changes. Since December this place is groovin'. Finally they have somebody that not only knows what they are doing but they care about all us little people out here in the apartments. I signed another 1 year lease and I think it's going to be a good year with these people. Just don't forget me when I need something and I will always be here. I like this place. It'd cool. Good luck new management and thanks for after 2 years with the other company, you replaced my frigerator. Thank you! Now I have cold food.

I disagree completely... We have been here 2 months, and have repeatedly had work orders that have gone unnoticed. Recently, our electricity in our building went on the fritz. We have no heater, no hot water, and our stove turns on but does not heat up. We were told by KUA that it was a fuse, and 24 hours later, after repeated visits to the office, we still have no heat. These have been the coldest 2 nights of the year to date, and we have 2 small children who were freezing last night. I am very unhappy with the rudeness we got when we inquired a FOURTH time about this problem. We will not be renewing our lease next year.
