	YOU HAVE TO LIVE HERE TO SEE THE NIGHTMARE FOR YOURSELF. STAFF DON'T CARE IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY AT YOU APT THEY COME WHEN THEY WANT. DRUG DEALERS AT EVERY TURN. YOU COME HOME AND YOU DON'T FEEL SAFE.
