I moved here in April and have never been happier. My apartment has lots of space and storage. I love the lake and all the amenities, especially the enclosed dog run. I read some of the reviews on this web site and could not belive one of the reviews, what is that person crazy' The landscaping is beautiful. Maybe not every building has tons of plants but there is plenty to go around. My kids and I just survived 2 hurricanes here, the community lost so many trees and everything was a mess. The management worked so hard to have everything cleaned up and beautiful again. Even when a huge tree fell in the pool they cleaned that up and had the pool open for my kids to enjoy within a few days. The management helped so many people who lost everything, paid for some people's hotels even when they had no place to go due to the damage from the hurricane. I saw maintenance and the management office out the next day helping people, cutting up fallen trees, they were great! Even though they didn't have power they were open on Monday to help everyone.
Anytime I have something for them to fix, they are there within 24 hours.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live that has lots of things to do for the kids and adults. This summer they had a party and rented a "jump" for the kids, had lots of food. They played fun games and had prizes and gifts for all the kids. They had a summer reading program for the kids too.
If you really want to know what a place is like come see for yourself, there is lots of land, lots of parking and really friendly caring staff. I love my beautiful community.
