I was a little worried about renting at a place that was half condos with private owners and rentals but it has actually worked out to be better than any normal rental community I've ever lived in. The management team is really nice and the property is kept clean and well landscaped. I fell in love with the model at first site and my apartment is nothing less than what I was shown. The staff is always very helpful and the few work orders that I've had to have done were tended to immediately. I would definitely recommend living here to anyone that is moving to the Kissimmee area. And I forgot to mention... I'm a shopper so it's make it even better that it's not even 5 minutes from The Loop which is a shopper's heaven.
