okay so i've only lived here since JULY. and thank god my lease is almost up. im sorry but 925.00 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath right in the middle of a tourist area. and not to mention the 15 year olds that walk around cursing and selling drugs to anyone they think may want them. Noisy Neighbors, security...my ass. and always something is broken. my ac was broken for 3 months. my landlord was informed on at least 6 or 7 occassions. and just recently was fixed.

I suggest everyone stays the hell away from this place. its Overrated.
