i have lived in kensington for almost 4 yrs and i have had nothing but a grweat place to raise my children and good friendships with my neighbors . when there is a maintence issue it is addressed in appropate timing and the office staff is excellent . io is a nice quiet place to live where people respect eac-h other . so if you want a nice place to live come to kensington of kissimmee
