We discovered this little array of villas about 10 years ago because of a mix up caused by our travel agent. They had to put us up here until they sorted out our Villas but eventually we just ended up staying put. For the week we were there we were warmly welcomed by the staff who understood our frustration yet remained helpfull even after a verbal ear bashing.
At that time the apartments were clean & tidy and we had been given 2 large suites and the adjacent upper suites which suited our party of 12. Although the pool was small it was definately clean & apart from the occasional lizard there was no problems with cleanliness, We made good friends with the owner who invited us back the following year. we now go there every year with the exception of the last 2 when we found out it had been hit hard by the Hurricanes in 2004 & 2005. However visited the site out of shear nostalga and found that even though it was hit hard by a tornado the owners had been working tirelessly to restore & even upgrade the apartments which will be repaired hopefully fully sometime in this year (2006). And we can't wait to stay there again.
