We have lived in alot of places in Kissimmee and Lakeland and KPV is one of our Favorites. We lived there in 2004 but bought a house in Haines City. The management is really good about fixing things and the premises are in good shape. It was quiet for the most part. We liked the fact that there were four bathrooms. If you are thinking of living here we are behind you.
