well well well..

When we first moved here.. it was a beautiful place... the grounds were awesome..the lake was beautiful. well.. now... we have one garbage disposal area.... it stays cluttered up most of the time and is just a trashy site to pass by... so...they should be smart and put in another one around the back of the apartment complex...the fountain doesn't work..the fountain is actually pulled up to the side of the lake infront of apartments just sitting there... Moss has gotten bad around the lake so it looks terrible...the staff is not so great.. THIS PLACE NEEDS A WHOLE NEW TEAM AROUND HERE...

if the fountain were pulled to the side of the lake it was for repairs. Sometimes things break or otherwise need maintenance, then they get fixed. The "moss" the person is talking about is actually an indigenous florida water weed named hydrilla. We do not want to pour chemicals into the lake because that would be environmentally irresponsible. We do however stock the lake with various fish that feed on hydrilla. At certain times of year the hydrilla is more abundant than at t=others. That is the way of nature. I invite you to our property to see for yourself what we have to offer. You are welcome to view our available apartments, open closets, open cabinets and generally inspect them and us! Please keep in mind that Lake Tivoli has 384 apartment homes and the comments on this website which range over several years make up only a tiny fraction of our past and present residents.
