My family and I moved in, in 2003 and its been horrible.The rent is way too high for the little space we have, but at that time we couldnt find anything else, but how we regret not looking elsewhere. Our upstairs neighors are constantly stomping on the floor and thier kids are always outside our fromt door yelling and screaming. And we have reported them over 7 times and the office seems like they dont even care. All they have told us is that they had a meeting with them. Which it did not solve anything. The staff here at Lake Tivoli is horrible. I wouldnt reccomend this place to nobody at all We are counting the days till our lease is up so we can get the hell out of here.

If a resident complains that a neighbor is excessively noisy we send a series of letters and could eventually ask that person to leave if the issue isn't resolved. We have guidelines that we ask residents to respect. for example no vacuuming or loud television or music after 10PM or before 8AM. If two neighbors really clash we may suggest/offer an intra-community transfer. I invite you to our property to see for yourself what we have to offer. You are welcome to view our available apartments, open closets, open cabinets and generally inspect them and us! Please keep in mind that Lake Tivoli has 384 apartment homes and the comments on this website which range over several years make up only a tiny fraction of our past and present residents.
