There are plenty of nice places in Kissimmee/Orlando area but Lake Tivoli is not one of them. Most places in Central Florida were damaged by hurricanes, but this place is a nightmare. There was moderate roof damage. The only repair was single tile replacement, which still allows leaks. When it rains, I have to turn off the power as water flows between the walls, soaking drywall, studs, and insulation. I've found water dripping out of the smoke detector and electrical outlets. The smoke detector has been replaced three times as it has shorted out. The window and door frames warp because of water damage. The water damage has lead to mold and mildew in the attic and walls. Daily coughing, sneezing, or sore throats are the results. Repair consists of painting over water spots and pounding on door frames until the door closes just barely. No fix for mold and mildew. Management state "with the warm Florida weather, everything should be dry and my problems are caused by something else." However, my symptoms resolve once out of the apartment for an extended peroid of time. Noise is a constant problem as most doors have to be slammed to close properly. Management has to be contacted numerous times to have maintenance issues dealt with, and answers are just enough to remain in contract to maintain a lease. Frequent visits in the neighborhood from cops, Gates have been broken 80% of the time, and management fails to enforce thier own rules, including criminal activity. My lease isn't up until June, but I've already started looking for another place.......CAN'T WAIT TILL I'M OUT!
