From the move in to move out date nothing but trouble. The apartments look nice on the outside but the way things are handled with the management and the maint. is terrible. Every time we called for maint. it would take days sometimes weeks to get the problem fixed correctly. The pest control had to come out 5-6 times and I still had ants and roaches. The outside wall was damaged by the hurricanes and nothing was done for about 3-4 months than once they started the work it lasted for over a month. Constant hammering on the wall and materials left all over the side walk, nails etc. We had water damage on or wall and the fixed it by repainting the area on the inside. The area is overall unsafe and the property has had several break In's this year. The gate's at the enterance worked for about a week the whole time we stayed there. The parking lot was pitch black with no lighting for about 5-6 months after the hurricanes making it feel unsafe. The Police even warned me about the crime at this apartment complex specifically and said to stay away. The garbage dumpster was always overflowing into the parking lot for weeks at a time. I do not have a single good thing to say about my stay at Lake Tivoli. I could not wait to leave this apartment complex, along with my neighbors. Beware the'll say anything to get you in to the apartment. Get everything in writting. Please take my word for it and stay far away, almost anywhere in Orlando would be better.
