This place is not fit for a Dog to Live. The staff and manager are the rudist people you will ever want to meet. The minute you mention something wrong at your place the manager, -----, goes nuts on you.
I once thought she was pretty nice. But now I see how these places are run. She, as do all managers get a get extra money from TOP management for keeping costs down.
So, therefore, why bother them with all the Mold, broken stove's, the CRUD all over your doorway entrances, etc., when they do not do their job at all.
Maintenance people are very very lazy. When they do try to clean the entrance way's I have to "Laugh". They brush a little here a little there and when they leave its as bad as when they came.
They NEED a Hi powered hose to GET IT DONE RIGHT, but I suppose even the Manager could't figure that out either.
And we are moving, but we are being held for Ransom for 1600.00 that we should never be asked for in the first place as these people couldn't run a Dog Kennel.
P.S. In the last week I have had at 9:00PM at nite and at 8:00PM at nite, men follow me out of the bushes from somewhere to my door and knock as soon as I entered and locked the door. Second time my husband opened the door and the man had NOTHING to say. My husband said for me not to come in after DARK anymore by myself. I am 61 yrs. old and they were up to no good. But that's because of no lights on the side of buildings and they hide in the Bushes. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

The owners and management do however take great pride in this community. The community is lighted at nuight and we have a contracted landscaper on property twice a week. If for some reason they do not trim bushes well enough we would encourage being told. If we are not made aware of a problem, we will not be able to fix it. This person mentioned mold, which is troublesome. We have a mold addendum to our leases that explaines what the resident and landlord can do to prevent the growth of it. All residents are asked to report mold to us so that it can be addresed before it becomes a problem, which is in everyone's best interest. I invite you to our property to see for yourself what we have to offer. You are welcome to view our available apartments, open closets, open cabinets and generally inspect them and us! Please keep in mind that Lake Tivoli has 384 apartment homes and the comments on this website which range over several years make up only a tiny fraction of our past and present residents.
