I have lived here one year and just renewed my lease. The staff are very nice and will help in any way they can. Yes there are issues with the gate being broken a lot and garbage once a while, but it's not the manager's fault. It's the people who choose to disrespect where they live and not be responsible for their own mess that make things worse. The gate should be replaced with a better one I agree with that, but if people wouldn't continously break it that wouldn't be a problem either. Also, any time I have a had a problem with my apartment they were quick to fix it and did a great job too. oh, as for gangs...please! I haven't seen anything and I'm out and about a lot! I have heard loud music and people doing some dumb crap and called the manager who quickly called the police to take care of it. They also are hiring a new towing service to stop people from having junk cars around. I think they have shown they care and do thier part, we as tenants have to ours.

What a crock of BS!! Either you are an employee here or delusional OR BOTH!!! Passing the buck on the tenants...that is pretty low!!!! Don't you think? Playing down the manager's duties and responsibilities is pathetic! Purely and simply pathetic!!! I dare anyone reading this review and my response to drive through some of the area Apartment Communities such as The Vinyards, Heron Lake and Wellington Woods and see how nice those properties ALWAYS look. Those properties set the standard for apartment living in Kissimmee. I hope for all that read this that you avoid Lake Tivoli like your lives depended on it!!
