For some people that never leave their apartment, I guess it's great. For me I think that they are over priced for what they offer. They claim to be a gated community and the only time is gated is on the first of the month. At that the North gate is locked most of the time but the south gate is always either partially or fully open. They have recently been renting to people who I don't know if they just don't really do background checks or what. These people carry a blue bandana hanging from \their rear pocket and one usually around the neck. These are CRYPTS a well know killer gand. Personally I will not renew my lease and will not recommend anyone to live here.

It's funny what people will claim online when anonymous without any accountability at all. Lake Tivoli is NOT gang infested. Everyone who applies and meets our selection criteria, which includes a background check, can live here. We then rent to everyone who qualifies. IF the person who has written the review I am responding to has actually noticed gang members roaming about, I wonder why he/she hasn't called the Kissimmee Police Department's non-emergency number. IF this person has noticed such activity, I wonder why he/she wouldn't want to solve the problem instead of complain about it online. We are all responsible for the places we live, and IF we really notice something illegal taking place we should notify the police so that the illeagal or dangerous activity can be addressed by people who have the authority to really address it. IF someone notices illegal activity and thinks complaining about it online is the best recourse, then I question the validity of the claim.

I'm sorry I had to comment because this made me laugh so hard! Crypts? You sound like an idiot sir/madam. Personally, I have never noticed any type of gang activity! Maybe you should stop peeking out of your blinds at the children in the neighborhood and worry about your self. There are lovely children in the neighborhood who are just hanging around having fun. Besides, there are numerous police officers that live here! A blue bandana hanging from their rear pocket? You watch too much dateline. But I'm sure your right, I think I saw as one of the qualifications to rent you have to be a convicted felon and preferably a member of an east coast based gang. I'm a blood and I still got in, I recommend it to all my homies. Thanks again for the laugh!
