We've read through some of the positive comments and we believe that they were obviously written by Lake Tivoli Apartment office workers since the word "here" was misspelled. Probably ---- or -------- wrote it, they do not seem as if they own a dictionary or a good education! The people in the office, led by their ------incarnate Property Manager, -----------, are egrigiously rude, seemingly incompetent and for the most part, a waste of human flesh!!!!

While we never felt completely unsafe while at Lake Tivoli and were able to take care of any pest issues with our OWN efforts...Lake Tivoli is worse than residing in the flames of hell. I sincerely believe that ----------- is ----- reincarnated as a property manager and every person working in that office are -----'s evil minions. In my entire life I have never been treated continually with such ardent disrespect. These people should not be able to run around the corner, much less run a property. However, if you are of a certain ------ persuasion I do believe you may have a better experience (We are not racist people...we are minorities ourselves, this is purely out of observation). It sickens me that two ------s were ahead of me in the office and they were so nice to them but when it was our turn they talked to us as if we were lepers!!!

Lake Tivoli could be a wonderful place...but its staff makes it the last place on Earth a decent, hardworking, and moral person may want to reside in for an hour much less a year or more. The only positive aspect of our tenancy was that we did have some nice neighbors that eventually left because they hated Lake Tivoli too. Bottom-line, if we knew then what we know now, had we even read reviews from this website, we would have NEVER EVER rented there. So if you choose to ignore all of these negative reviews, which are over 60% of the reviews, you will regret it later and be like "Damn! All of those people were right. We should have listened". Its just that ------ was so nice in the beginning, we had no idea what we were in for!

Finally a message to management: Go ahead! Continue to run the place into the ground -----, you and your evil minions! You are doing a fabulous job. On a sidenote if you ever did have a real issue and needed someone with an ounce of decency to speak to...talk to ------------- (her levels of decency waver depending on the mandates given to her by the evil leader -----------, but she is still the most respectful and kind of the entire lot).

I think all these posts conclude NOT that Lake Tivoli is an undesirable place to live, but that COMPLETE IDIOTS live here. By the way that you speak, I would be rude to you too! Anytime I need them they come right away. CASES IN POINT, my refrigerator was leaking, I called, and within the hour they were there to help and gave me a brand new refrigerator. Also, when any pest problems arise, I call them and they come when they say they will. My lock was broken and they fixed it. I bet you did not express this "concern" about the staff being evil to them directly. I bet you said nothing and went home to your little computer and thought of all the big words you know to write this revolting post. You are a coward. Anyone who could say such horrible things about another person I daresay to be the ----- himself/herself. And why are you ----- everyone??s name and their race? Is this a game of hangman? And for the record, I AM NOT the manager, I AM NOT an employee of Lake Tivoli, and I AM NOT HISPANIC ETHIER (which is the race that this idiot is referring too!)I am WHITE and I currently reside in Lake Tivoli. There are many people who are happy living here and just because they aren??t posting on this site doesn??t mean they don't exist.

Damn, maybe you office people are smarter than we gave you credit for! Suckers! Go ahead...insult me all you want! It still doesn't negate the fact that over 60% of the reviews here cast your (and yes I do believe this was written by "J", "P", or "A") apartments in a negative light. SO I guess you must be questioning their ages as well???
