Outrigger Apartments offer a good amount of square footage at a cheap price, but the complex is beginning to deteriorate and it seems as if the management does not care. Lawn maitenance does nothing but mow and the grounds look terrible. They need to replace carpeting and cabinetry as it is all falling apart and looks terribly damaged. I am currently on my second lease, but I've had enough and will be moving at the end of this current one.
