I've been here for one year, and will renew my lease. When you drive by it looks old and run down, however I chose my aparment because of the space. They take dogs and you can keep them in the kitchen, which is huge. The cabinets are old, and disentergrating, but it's fairly quiet in the neighborhood, no break-ins, no fighting, it's a nice community close to everything, but far enough away to be quiet.
