OUTRIGGER WAS MY FIRST APARTMENT IN KISSIMME, AND TRUST ME THE FRIST MONTH I WAS THERE WAS HORRIBLE.. SOMEONE BROKE INTO MY PLACE.. I CALLED THE POLICE AND 24 HOUR MAINTNANCE AND THEY WERE THERE IN A HEART BEAT.. MAINTENANCE SECURE MY HOME AND ASSURE ME THAT THE NEXT DAY THEY WOULD REPLACE ALL MY LOCKS ( WHICH THEY DID) THE OFFICE STAFF WAS CONCERN AND UNDERSTANDING.. THEY WERE NEVER RUDE AND WHEN I MOVED OUT I RECIEVED ALL MY SECURITY DEPOSIT.. I NEVER SAW DRUGS ACTIVITIES AND THE NIEGHBORHOOD WAS ALWAYS QUIET ABOUT 8PM.. MY NIEGHBORS WHERE AWSOME THEY DID NOT HARASS ME AND I NIETHER..I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE..

That is not true dont lie the management did not come. They don care, im sorry this happened 2 u but dont lie 4 the management. They never changed ur locks, theu totally lied and said they did soz 2 here they broke in but dont lie
