I lived here 2.5 years (01/2005-07/2007) and the reason I stayed this long is there was a time when apartments were going condo and they were becoming more and more expensive. I have never been so glad to leave a place in my life. Very noisy place and I didn't feel safe at all.

My first year my rent was $670 it went up $35 after one year and another $75 the second. When I renewed the first time I was promised a free carpet cleaning...never came. Five work orders they never fixed the lock on my screen door....scary thought! When my dishwasher broke it took five work orders over a three month period along with a hostile phone call to management...finally fixed! When new siding along with other renovations were made to the building also the lightswitch cover and porchlight was never replace...workorders ignored! The workers didn't cleaned up from that...nails and trash left on my balcony. Yes there were even some roaches...they sprayed the apartment with my birds in it, left me a note on my own paper! I had no advanced warning on that one which can be dangerous to pets. Water came through ceiling corners on the window side...workorders ignored! Water came in the bedroom window..workorders ignored! Lots of mold was the result...nobody cared!

No joke, I orders two videos on ebay and never received them. I forgot about it. The office called me 17 months later telling me they have it and forgot to call sooner. It was placed in a drawer in the rental office! I guess the drawer was never used' It was a decent sized box...VHS. They later solved that problem by no longer accepting packages so arrange a pick up and plan on driving to UPS, DHL etc.

This is the office staff the truly believes in convenience and luxery...their own!

Another no joke, I asked them not to stick things on my door while I was out of town. They told me they didn't when I called to check the day before returning and that they had been monitoring, guess what' Community newsletter on door for what would have been at least a week. Great signalling for the burgulars! Well, they would have had to trouble themselves kicking in the door because the porch lock WAS NEVER FIXED!

When I told them I was moving out I was yelled at...No joke. Maybe the lady in the office was having a bad day. 30 days notice was in the lease, but they refused to count it until the end of the month which added on two weeks...lease ignored! In the end my toilet broke and was unusable...THANK GOD IT WAS THE DAY I MOVED OUT OTHERWISE (you guessed it)...WORKORDERS PROBABLY IGNORED!

They have gone through multiple staff members in the main office. I remember one time they put notes on all the doors asking tenants to stop smoking in the weight room. So much for classy neighbors!

Like I said, I didn't feel safe...lots of noise, lots of crime, lots of transients! $780 got what felt like 500 square feet. I know they advertise it as much more; however I am currently in something that is 750 square feet and it is (not seems) way bigger. I am glad be back in Cleveland!

I am also a resident and I find all of this information to be correct. The value is very good for including cable, washer, dryer, water, and trash. But the bad outnumber the good. The management is terrible and the maintanace is even worst.

I live here and you are correct, IT SUCKS!! All of Kissimmee sucks, except Columbia Arms. We are moving out of this area anyway. Two hours away and you can rent a house with a pool for the same price!
