These apartments have improved a lot. Ever since Landmark Group took over the management, it has excelled dramatically in service needs and rental price. People who were not on good terms with its last management wrote bad things about it but now everything is being fixed. The Office always welcomes suggestions and is open minded about its downfalls. Overall, simply by stepping into the complex grounds you immediately feel a sense of security especially now that there is a Courtesy Guard on watch till' 1 AM.

THE STATEMENTS ABOVE ARE COMPLETELY FALSE!!IVE LIVED IN POLO RUN FOR 9 MONTHS ALREADY AND I CANT WAIT FOR MY LEASE TO END!!I HATE THIS PLACE ITS AWFUL FROM THE ROACHES TO THE LOUD PEOPLE!!THE APARTMENTS LOOK LIKE THEY ARE GOING TO FALL APART AND THERE IS ALWAYS IN MY BUILDIN A STRONG SMELL OF ALCOHOL A BOTTLES EVERYWHERE.AND AS FOR THE SECURITY GUARD YEAH IVE SEEN HIM A REALLY SKINNY SHORT MAN THAT SMOKES AND DRINKS WITH THE THUGS OF THE COMPLEX.THE MANAGEMENT STAFF IS AWFUL PEOPLE THAT DONT SPEAK SPANISH VERY WELL AND CANT UNDERSTAND A SINGLE WORD U SAY.IF U HAVE KIDS DONT MOVE HERE AWFUL PLACE TO LIVE MY CAR GOT BROKEN INTO AND THE OFFICE DIDNT EVEN CARE THEY BASICALLY SAID OH WELL......I GIVE THIS PLACE AN F-

I don't even live there and *I* can tell this statement was fabricated! See the User Response from 5/16/05 is BY OLIMAC his/herself! This is obviously the new management's attempt to counter the negative comments from REAL users. Polo Run is getting CROSSED OFF my apartment hunting list because of Olimac's inability to LIE EFFECTIVELY. Pathetic.

--------!! that's not true. i have lived there for 6 month and i had to brake the lease. my kitchen was full off roaches and mold everywhere. very bad staff oe off them can't even speak english, but i didn't let them get away with their crab i called channel 9 about the mold and got note from my doctor and had them to break my lease..

OMG - Thank you people so much for your responses. I CAN NOT STAND LIARS for on, and simply thinking of Roaches - EWWWWWWW!!!!! Sounds like this place is owned and operated by the same management that own these cheap Indian run motels that never takes baths. Thats just gross btw.!. Thanks again! - *scrathes this place way off list*
