While the managment is nice enough the place is total crap. My apartment has a chronic roach problem despite it having been bombed twice and regular pest control coming around. The disgusting things just won't go away and it doesn't seem the managment is trying to do anything to control the problem.

For some reason a broken air conditioner in the middle of summer is not emergency maintence. My ac broke down constantly and when they finally came to replace the entire unit they left a gigantic brown stain on my carpet. My blinds fell down on me too when I went to open them.

People stand around out side and play music out of thier cars all night long and I have had to call police several times to tell them to shut up. The area isn't that bad and I didn't feel unsafe but its just not worth the price they're asking.
