the management is horrible, they barely speak english. They come to your apartment without prior notice to do maintence. There is a huge roach problem. They let people pack into apartments that they know are too small. I have had nothing but problems with the office staff, evertime you want something done, they want to charge you, mailbox key,locks changed, spare key ect. The gym has been "out of order" since I moved in . There Policy to get out of your lease is horrible and lengthy( you have to pay your rent until they find a suitable tenant to replace you). all they care about is money. They are racist, They prefer there latino residents. They accused me of stuffing paper down the toilet For what, I dont know. Saying that I flodded the apartment below me. Which is untrue, becasue the apartment ABOVE me was flodding into mine! The dishwasher leaks everywhere, your electric bil will be HUGE!
