These apartments are still infested with roaches. I spray every week for them and they are still ridiculous. The Orkin guy is making it worse since he only sprays the corners in the kitchen and the bathroom. They just run somewhere for the time being then infest those area's again when that wears off which is like 3 days. There is 2 pools, but you could say only one since they close the one that's for the newer buildings. As far as maintenance, they have hired their husbands and friends to do all of if. If they are actually certified to do these repairs, I really doubt it. You ask them to fix something and they do as much as you could do yourself. They bathroom is falling apart. And central ac is non-existent in the newer smaller apartments. The parking spaces aren't assigned so anyone could park here. They only way they tow any cars is if the are broke down, have flat tires, or no tags on them. The laundry room always has broken units or it closes for weeks on end. Unfortunately being a single mother with no help being told that I make to much for income restricted apartments and no federal help either I don't really have too many options of where to live.

I totally understand, lived on the newer side for a year. I hated it. Good news is they gave me 1/2 off my deposit back, but it took a while!
