I live here now and my lease is over in May. I can not wait until that month! It's cute from the outside, the main clubhouse/pool area seemed to be clean and maintained but my building in the back is dirty and there is hardly any greenery. The patio is a good size, but the bedrooms/living room are tiny. The appliances are older than I am. If you get bedroom next to the stairwell you can honestly hear everyone that enters and leaves the building. The walls are SO thin! My leasing agent described a completely different unit than the one they gave us. Later finding out she was a "temp". The place is overrun with kids. Dumpsters are conveniently everywhere, but it adds an un-classy look. Parking isn't bad, but there are also junk cars sitting in a lot of places. Once again, I CAN'T WAIT FOR MY LEASE TO END!
