We moved here from another state and chose these apartments based on the amenities and the overall look. They started out well enough, but by the second month it was horrible. We waited 7-8 months for maintenance to repair items and had to request the repairs 5 and 6 times before they would finally come out. They mentioned that some things were included in the rent and 5 months after moving in I started getting bills for the water/sewer that was supposedly included. They raised the rent on the apartments and for the money paid, the apartment is not worth it.
However, I will say the new manager that started the end of 2005 came into a mess and has been very helpful over the last 2 months.

we lived here in 2003, it was a mess.they where redoing the outside of the buildings, the apartments had big time black mold issues,, and people where calling the health dept in ,left and right,, you could smell the mold in the air when you walked in.The mold was hidden behind and growing in the walls, big time allergy issues,here for seniors,alsma,ect:Even our dog started to wheeze,,Once we moved we all got better and our colds went away and we could breath,,,Bad stuff here at these apts,,, they where managed by epoc at the time who has unloaded them since.there is no way to ever clean up these apartments,noone including maintenace or new mangament can resolve any of the issues with this place,, the apartments are of good size and location,,but they are over 20 years old..one time they use to rent to any one.the -------- would rent one apt and move in 10 ormore of there friends..Kids would destroy the tennis court/pool area and pool tables,,The apartments just need to be ripped down and rebuild , The electric bills are out of this world!!!.WE also got monthly bills for water/sewage when we lived here,,,Every community seems to pass this on these days,,,Tip ask before you sign a lease,,REREAD you lease,,,Why would you rent here when there are too many other brand new apartments to choose from in the area for the same price?Even if you out fo state?
