I just moved in 10 days ago and I've had the worst experience ever. When I moved in the apartment was so dirty and disgusting. The toilet seat was so full of crust that I had to buy a new one. The bath tub had so much rust that the maintenance guy had to put caulk to cover it up. I was supposed to do a 1 year lease but instead I signed a 7 month lease to get the hell out of here as fast as I can. The carpet was still wet and the apartment looked rushed. The front door panel is broken, the living room shades is the wrong size(which allows people to look in), appliances look like from the 1950's and are very rusty and nasty, there is a leak in the kitchen sink, the switch for the living room fan is not working so my fan is on all day long, I've had 5 big roaches in my apartment so far and I am a very clean person, and the cabinets compress wood is falling apart that I only use two of them. I expressed that I was so dissatisfied from the condition of my apartment but I had to sign the lease because I came from another city and I already gave my other apartment up. Can't wait to move. Oh! and the rent is way too expensive for this crap of apartment.
