I moved here from ny for a change, First of all the leasing agent I worked withh lied. She explain to me my rent total before I signed the lease and then When it was time to pay rent the amount changed. Also whenever something is broken and you need it fixed, it takes a year and a day for someone to come. My ac broke down in the middle of the summer, I called the office and left an urgent message. It was around 10pm, I didnt receive call back from anyone until 5pm the next day. I signed a year lease which I regret, But I am looking for another place to call home because this is not it. I am going to break my lease as soon as I find another apartment. I dont feel safe, They pretend they care about you when your first renting but as soon as you sign the lease, Their like who are you'!!'. I have two bathrooms and in both tubs there are rust as well as in the sinks. The repair crew rides around in their golf cart all day, and there are only two men. The property is huge, How in the hell are only two repair needed''' Over I do not suggest you make this an option if you are looking for some where to call home.
