First of all, I would never reccommend anyone to live in Kissimmee unless you have to or maybe work in the service industry. The apartments are OK, but could be better and they could be more selective in hiring tenants. Every apartment around me had evicition notices at one point or another.

One month they lost my check and then accused me lying. But then apologized after they tried to evict me and admitted to losing the check. The appliances are super old and some don't work. When I first moved in, my dishwasher leaked and the dryer didn't work. It's took them several weeks to fix the problem. But they just ended up taking working appliances out of another apartment and placing them in my place.

I had a 'lake view'. I didn't want one but it was the only 1-bedroom available at the time. It's not worth the extra money. Half the time the stupid fountain doesn't work and all you get to see are ducks having sex or trash floating in the retention pond. I was by the pool too and it was often very noisy especially during the day when I was trying to sleep for my night-shift job. They also locked the pool at 5 PM. So if you worked normal hours you'd only be able to use it on weekends. It's ridiculous if you ask me.

One of the reasons why I moved there was because the apartments were gated. Only to find out that the gates no longer worked due to the hurricanes. They claimed that they were looking to replace them, but it never happened during the 18 months I lived there. I didn't feel the safest there. I only went outside during the day. And there were a couple of break-ins while I was there.

I also can't believe they were trying to turn these apartments into condos. They tried selling me my 1-bedroom for $180,000 which is ridiculous.
